Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of Executive sponsorship, develops, executes and integrates strategic and operational plans for the organization. Leads the development of critical business processes.
- Helps define key initiatives to increase sales force effectiveness by identifying opportunities to optimize sales models, processes and resource deployment.
- Gathers, synthesizes and analyzes ideas and data to support decision making
- Develops and leads work plans to implement business solutions, communicates project status, manages scope, resources and deliverables to successful conclusion.
- 7+ years experience of direct project management success, strategic planning/operations and/or business related experience.
Knowledge/Skills:
Requires a strategic orientation and the ability to translate broad strategic decisions into firm, detailed business implications. Ability to work cross-functionally, lead project teams and ongoing process improvement efforts. Critical and strategic thinking skills. The ability to think globally, and take a broad view of the business and opportunities. Must manage complexity well. Exceptional organizational, project management and execution skills. Strong quantitative and qualitative skills. Solid understanding of the external and internal factors that impact the business. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software and other relevant technology.
