Job Description:
May Center for Child Development in Randolph is currently accepting resumes for a
Clinical Director of Residential Services
to provide clinical services for children with autism.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee implementation of programming to teach skills and to reduce problem behaviors in our 10 community residences for children with autism
Supervise a team of four full-time Master’s-level behavior specialists
Work cooperatively with day school clinicians and residential operations managers
Ensure that all clinical programs meet May Institute and other professional standards
Participate in applied research
*This position also includes opportunities to teach graduate-level courses.
Requirements:
Master's degree required; Ph.D. preferred
BCBA or BCBA-eligible preferred
Demonstrated experience in residential settings
Previous supervisory experience
